At Success Map Kits, we are committed to making back-to-school shopping simple and stress-free. The following policy explains our pickup, local delivery, and shipping options.
Each school supply kit is customized based on the school supply list provided by the customer.
Because every order is prepared specifically for your student, please allow 3–7 business days for processing after payment has been received. Processing times may vary during the peak back-to-school season.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available by appointment.
Customers will receive an email or text notification when their order is ready along with pickup instructions.
Local Delivery
Local delivery may be available within select service areas for an additional fee.
Delivery availability, scheduling, and fees will be discussed and confirmed before payment.
Shipping
Shipping may be available for select orders.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package size, and carrier rates and will be provided before your order is finalized.
Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information, when available.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, Success Map Kits is not responsible for delays caused by weather, shipping carriers, supply availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.
